Civil society activist from a young age. He is a founding member of several associations in the fields of digital agriculture and artisanal fishing. He received a university education in fisheries science and geomatics. Expert in the management of fisheries resources, in particular in the co-management of resources, the establishment of the VMS and the development of marine areas in artificial reefs.
